Recent Additions

1. A memorial to the late Justice Francis P. O'Connor of the Supreme Judicial Court, which was presented at a special sitting of the Supreme Judicial Court on October 15, 2008, has been added to the section of the site captioned SJC Justices – Memorials.

2. Updated compilations of the Massachusetts Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure, the Massachusetts Rules of Criminal Procedure, and the Rules of the Supreme Judicial Court, as appearing in the bound volumes of the Massachusetts Reports through January 1, 2010, are provided.

3. Improvements to navigability of the site have been made. An RSS feed has been added to the section of the site captioned Today's SJC Cases, which will notify users of new opinion updates.
