Recent Additions

1. A memorial to the late Justice Benjamin Kaplan of the Supreme Judicial Court, which was presented at a special sitting of the Supreme Judicial Court on June 7, 2011, has been added to the section of the Website captioned SJC Justices – Memorials.

2. Updated compilations of the Massachusetts Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure, the Massachusetts Rules of Criminal Procedure, and the Rules of the Supreme Judicial Court, are provided as appearing in the Massachusetts Reports through January 13, 2012.
