Recent Additions

1. A retirement for C. Clifford Allen, the seventeenth Reporter of Decisions of the Supreme Judicial Court and the Appeals Court, which was presented at a special sitting of the Supreme Judicial Court on June 5, 2012, has been added to the Reporters section of the Web site.

2. Changes to Rules 14 and 23 of the Massachusetts Rules of Criminal Procedure are provided as appearing in the Massachusetts Reports through August 17, 2012.

3. The Home page and the Reporter's Office Staff page have been updated to reflect the appointment of Brian H. Redmond as the eighteenth Reporter of Decisions.
